Class Schedule

Here is the aerobic schedule. Check out our Areobic Schedule & Classes and hours at Total Fitness Family Center. We have also included our Nursery Schedule for the month.

  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. Closed 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm for lunch
  • Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Sunday Nursery Closed

Total Fitness Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Saturday Open 24 hours per day close Saturday 10:00pm
  • Sunday Closed to allow our employees time to spend with their families and to attend worship services.
