1. Everyone has Time! Health must be your first priority before money, TV, work, etc.
2. Everyone can afford $1.00 per day.
Ask yourself, "Do you use cable, internet, cell phone, security system, magazine or newspaper subscriptions, cigarettes, alcohol, fast food, movie rentals, soft drinks, or clothes that you do NOT need? Do you ever buy anything you do NOT need? The answer is YES. Total Fitness is easily affordable for a quality experience.
3. Everyone needs a Quality and Educational exercise program!
At TOTAL FITNESS FAMLIY CENTER we provide programs for all shapes and sizes.
4. Everyone needs a fitness program to be part of their Everyday Life...just like eating, sleeping, and going to work.
5. Everyone must "Pull the Trigger". Meaning before you can obtain any success, YOU must determine in your mind to START.
6. Everyone needs a Sensible Eating Plan. You must take in fewer calories per day than you use.
Balance: 40% protein + 40% carbohydrates + 20% fat
7. Everyone needs a Buddy! People who work out with a partner succeed 30% more than someone who works out solo.
8.Everyone benefits with Protein and Multi-vitamin Supplements.
9. Everyone must first focus on their Spiritual Life and Family Duties, in order to be healthy, the first two must be in tact.
