Total Fitness is a very unique fun, family fitness experience, combining service to GOD, our families, our staff, our members and our entire community with their health and fitness needs. For example, Total Fitness has its very own Christian faith based, 501 not for profit youth sports foundation, along with our Total fitness love foundation/formerly known as TFLF, food, toy and clothing banks located right inside the center. Total Fitness also gives 20% of its income to local churches, charities and the underprivileged citizens of our community. In addition to our giving, Total Fitness conducts Daily Staff, and member prayer and bible study meetings, along with our day to day fitness center operations, all in a very upbeat fun family atmosphere.

Total Fitness houses one of the best tanning salons in the fitness center industry, Formerly known as Total Tan. Total Tan uses advanced Clearview technology bulbs, having blocked most of the harmful rays that most bulbs omit. Call ahead to see if scheduling is available.

Our children of the area are near and dear to our heart. Thus the conception of our Total Kids club program, featuring kids zumba, diet and nutrition classes, our 3000 sq ft kids fitness playground arena. Fitness gaming area, toy, game and craft area, Family friendly movie area, smaller children nursery area, complete with cribs, changing tables, bouncy seats and walkers. Available for ages 6 weeks and up.

TOTAL WOMAN is our ladies only fitness arena, complete with equipment specifically designed for women only, including state of the art air technology equipment.

TOTAL COMBINED ENERGY is our group sports aerobic arena. Our TCE program conducts over 40 group zumba, sculpt, step, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, bootcamp classes and more per week.

DAT / DOMINATION ATHLETIC TRAINING is our speed and agility sports specific training division of Totally Fit 4 Ever ‘where we don’t train athletes to play sports, we train athletes to dominate sports!
